In March 2026, we will be returning for the seventh time to the sun-soaked paradise of Baja, Mexico, because it’s just THAT good. We’ve got dibs on a luxury boutique hotel and a swanky beachfront bar & restaurant—just for us. Enjoy unspoiled views of the Sea of Cortez, feast on mouthwatering grub, and kick up sand to sweet tunes from some of the most talented musicians you’ll ever hear.
But don’t be fooled, we’re also dishing out high-impact content and conversations that will feel like a shot of soul with a chaser of strategy. Who knows, you might even find yourself pulling an all-nighter with new pals, catching the blood-orange sun rise over Cabo’s iconic arch, and remembering why you dove into the madness of entrepreneurship in the first place.

The Baby Bathwater Institute is taking back-to-back intimate groups to the legendary Silvertip Lodge for a heli-ski adventure of epic proportions. Connect in an intimate setting, while enjoying the snow-capped wonderland of British Columbia and some of the best terrain the Heli-Ski world has to offer.
