THE CULTURE MASTERMIND CANCELLATION POLICY

The following cancellation conditions apply:

All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to: ch@theculturemastery.com

Voicemail and verbal correspondence do not constitute a written cancellation notice. Cancellation notice will be deemed to be the date on which The Culture Mastery has received the written notification.

If you notify us that you wish to cancel (in writing, within 3 business days from the date of signing this form), the following refund structure will apply:

Up to 3 months before arrival, 100% of the contractually agreed services can be canceled free of charge.

Up to 2 months before arrival, services up to 50% of the contractually agreed total amount can be canceled free of charge.

Up to 1 month before arrival, services amounting to up to 20% of the contractually agreed total amount can be canceled free of charge.

From 1 month before arrival, 90% of the contractually agreed services will be invoiced.

The declaration of withdrawal must be communicated to the organizer in writing by the specified dates as stated above.
A withdrawal limited to certain days or periods is not possible.

NOTE: Fees do not include airfare or any other transportation not directly related to the excursions of the mastermind.

Lunch, dinners, other food items are not included outside of the special occasions.

After 3 business days of submission you agree that all mastermind fees you pay are nonrefundable.
